Sophie’s Happy Ending

Bob was a terrific foster. He gave us great information about Sophie. She traveled beautifully from NW Chicago area today. Long day on the road. She has explored our home pretty well for the first day. She likes her yard and the toys. Right now out for a walk with Clark. We should ALL sleep good tonight!

Special Notes from CILRA: Theresa wears hearing aids and is technically deaf when she takes them out at night.  She plans to work on helping Sophie alert her during the night should there be an emergency. Theresa started one non-profit and co-founded a second for dogs. One was the Central IN K9 Association which included the Shadow fund, a medical grant for retired working dogs. Well-done, Theresa!!
