Sophie

CILRA had the opportunity to assist with the rescue of some severely emaciated, mistreated and neglected Labs. One of them was Sophie, and her wonderful adopters recently shared this update: 

Sophie has adjusted well to her life with her new family. She is learning to trust and enjoy the pattern of life in their home. She now eats well and sleeps well, but is an early riser, happy to start the new day. Sophie is most comfortable when her people are close by, but now understands that they come and go sometimes, but that they always come back. She loves being outdoors with them, taking walks and especially playing with her ball. Her calm and sweet temperament make Sophie very easy to love and care for.
