Max

I adopted Max, who was originally named Gavin, from CILRA on September 26, 2008. For almost 10 years he was the light of my life. Over the years he suffered from allergies, diabetes, hypothyroidism and cataracts. Throughout it all he kept his youthful Labby spirit. He was the most sweet, loving companion anyone could ask for. His diabetes led to kidney disease which progressed rapidly over the last few days. He was put to sleep yesterday. I can’t thank CILRA enough for bringing him into my life.   — Julie W.
