Tigger — Bouncing His Way Into Your Heart!

Tigger is a 4½-year-old, neutered black male Labrador Retriever. He is house-trained, crate-trained, and gets along well with dogs, cats, and older children. Tigger needs a home with a 6-foot privacy fence or an invisible fence (he is trained for an invisible fence!). 

True to his name, Tigger is a bouncy, energetic boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart! This happy guy has plenty to say and will often “talk” to his foster when he has something on his mind. He keeps life interesting with his playful spirit and expressive personality.

Tigger may be energetic, but he also knows how to settle down and enjoy the simple things. He has wonderful house manners and loves nothing more than stretching out on the floor beside his foster mom. He is a loving boy who enjoys being close to his people and would love a family who will include him in their daily adventures.

Tigger is still working on his basic commands and leash manners, but he is smart, eager to please, and a quick learner. With some patient guidance and consistency, he is sure to blossom into an even better companion.

He gets along with dogs (with slow, supervised introductions), cats, and children over 7. Because of his enthusiasm and high energy, younger children could accidentally be knocked over during one of Tigger’s happy bounces, so older kids would be the better fit.

Tigger is ready for a family who will give him the structure, activity, and love he needs—and in return, he’ll give them plenty of laughs, companionship, and a whole lot of Lab love.
